New Years Resolution

I didn't turn on my computer during the week.
I turned on it today.
What a surprise!
I found my blog's reader.
They are teachers of one on one.

I'm poor at English.
English is very difficult for me.
I sometimes get frustrated,
but,
I'm going to take English that I am not good at and change it.

And,
I didn't see any of the Harry Potter movies.
So, I think,
I want to read original of Harry Potter someday.

The physical age

I watched TV that is a variety program.
It was about physical strength.

I weighed myself on the bathroom scale.
It bought it 3 years ago.
I have never used it before.
It can tell me a body fat.

Oh-!
The physical age was younger than actual age.
It's very good!
But, the other is terrible!!!!!

I have to get into better shape.
I readily did exercise with my daughter.
It is trunk exercise.

I'm going to do it everyday.
I'll definitely have sore muscles tomorrow.

hair salon

I went to hair salon called J's for a hair color and a haircut.

There is it in Nagakute.

It takes 45 minutes there on may car.

I usually go there once every 3 weeks.

First, they do hair color.

When I hold it for about 20 min I drink herb tea.

After that, they shampoo me.

I had special hair treatment today.

It's to do in special room and takes 1 hour.

It give many nourishment to my hair and can get a massage.

I can relax while they give me service.

I think that BGM and the sound of shower have a relaxation effect.

It's blissful moment.

I saw Emi at shin's class today.

What a nice surprise!

I felt well.

She's the employee who entered the company last year.

She was assigned to Division I am in charge of a system.

I worked on a desk next to her for about 5 months.

I like her character that cheerful and good-naturedness.

Sometimes I go to her office, and I see her.

I get cheer whenever I meet her.

Actually, I have begun to learn English conversation by her advice.

I hope she have a lot of happy.

I need some sleep

I can't get a wink of sleep this two days.

But, I went to the work.I'm very tired,
very sleepy, and that I have a stomachache.

I have to go out early tomorrow morning.

I need a good night's sleep tonight.

Tonight for sure I'm going to sleep!

Oh! My God.

Today was the second day of work this year.

I watched a car accident on the way to work this morning.

It wasn't major accident.

But,it's possible that something could happen to me.

I have to be extra careful or I have to pay full attention when I drive.

Happy New Year

I was going to go to watch the first sunrise of a new year.
But, we didn't go there,
because according to the weather forecast, it was cloudy.
It's really too bad.


I thought about New Year's resolutions.

I want to speak English this year.
So, I have begun to learn English conversation from last year.
But, I don't like English, and I can't speak English,
so I become discouraged many times.
But, my teacher,shin, motivate for me.

I'm going to do its best.
